THE WORLD’S GREATEST STRETCH

If we could only do one movement, it would be the World’s Greatest Stretch. This gets the whole body moving including the ol’ ticker. From head to toe, being mobile is important to decrease injury and improve movement.

Move through the range of motion that you currently have. Take it slow. Get a full range of motion and complete the World’s Greatest Stretch.
